It is not as easy as we would like, so we have prepared a complete guide to tell you how to beat Malicos in Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.

Who is Malicos in Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order?

If we wanted a fight of those that make you pull your hair from looking for a solution, welcome, because this is the first really difficult boss fight that you will have to face in the game. The first time we don't find this boss is in Dathomir, where we can see him as a tramp who warns about entering the grave. But it has made him a little crazy, but don't be confused, he is one of the most difficult bosses to beat the game. This is why we have divided this guide on how to defeat Malicos in several phases.

How to beat Malicos in Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order?

As we mentioned, beating this boss is not easy, it is quite fast and you will have to take care of his double-handed lightsabers all the time, you will have to use your strength powers carefully because this boss will be able to resist them unless he is in the middle of an attack.

First phase

If you want to know how to beat Malicos in the first phase you should start knowing that this boss at the start of the battle will use a combination of attacks with lightsabers which you can stop in the way you want, however, this is an opportunity to stop and drain its resistance meter until it runs out completely, take advantage of this moment to attack and get at least three quick strokes of your lightsaber, but until there, do not try to go further because it will recover quickly.

When the boss stops you, he will start attacking you again and you will want to repeat the same strategy as before, for his attacks and drain his resistance meter again.

When Malicos tries to make airstrikes (which he will execute frequently) we recommend you to use an evasion roll as soon as you see it and give it a couple of seconds to avoid shooting and move on to the second phase of one of the most complicated Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order battles.

Second stage.

Start the second phase on how to defeat Malicos and at this point in the battle you should have subtracted at least a third of the boss's health, keep in mind that this was achieved by stopping, draining and attacking with your lightsaber.

In this phase Malico will use an attack called "Force Push" with which he can knock you down and attack you easily, when this happens you will want to recover as quickly as possible, for this you will have to press the circle button or the B button, depending on the platform that you use and if necessary use your Jedi jump to avoid interrupting your recovery.

His second new attack consists of a combo in which he will launch one of his lightsabers into the air before launching towards you with the other, in this sense we recommend using Force Slow while he does this, which will allow you to evade out of the way, and be able to get an attack above the head or another powerful movement that allows you to inflict a lot of damage.

When Malicos finishes his attack and raises his arm you can recover your saber again, a good signal to stop, sending the lightsaber to Malicos giving you time to get some hits and drain your resistance bar.

When the boss throws rocks at you you will have to use the Force Push to throw it backwards, so stay tuned when you raise your hand with a rock and get to advance to the last phase of this battle in Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.

Last phase

At this point in the battle, the boss should already have less than half of his life, half as little. In addition, when your life bar is in the middle, you will start throwing rocks which you will have to dodge, we recommend using the Force Push to harm it while dodging its throws and getting hurt at the same time.

When Malicos adds more hits in his lightsaber combo, we recommend you keep the block until he gets used to the pattern, until he can use up his resistance bar to attack, here we recommend using your attack with a double lightsaber by pressing L1 and square On PS or LB and X on Xbox On, just remember not to go so fast with your attacks or it will reach you with one of their own.

Always keep the stop and drain strategy, this will allow you to lower your guard by blocking large attacks and open an attack window. We recommend using your Force powers when Malicos is attacking or sending rock throws at him.

We hope that now that you know how to beat Malicos in Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, you feel more than ready to overcome this battle, which as you can imagine already, will not be simple, but it will not be impossible either and having the guide with everything you need to know much less, so lucky.
