The first thing you should do is go to the bottom of the map,> then to the right side through the Main Hall, to the Electrical area> then to the left to find the room.

You can also advance to the left of the map, to find it by going through the armory, going up the hill, passing the corridor.

In the room you will have to go to the yellow control panel, where you will be able to access an old tape, to which you will have to adjust the lower time to match that of the sticky note in the center of the tape.
