Lost Castle 2: How to Play with Friends

Inviting Friends (Online): Creating a Room

Enter a Save File: Load your game.

Campfire Interaction: Interact with the campfire in the middle of the Camp.

Create Room: Select "Create Room."

Room Settings: Configure the rules (Difficulty, Privacy, Player Count).

Create: Create the room.

Team Info: Open the pause menu (ESC) and select "Team Info."

Invite Friends: Click "Invite Friends" to send invitations.

Room Code (If Needed):If your friend's name doesn't appear, share the unique room codedisplayed in the top-right corner of the screen. They can use this codeto join.

Joining a Game (Online): Using a Code or Quick Match

Obtain Room Code: Get the room code from your friend.

Enter Game and Camp: Load your game and go to the Camp.

Campfire Interaction: Interact with the campfire.

Enter Room Code: Select "Enter Room Code," paste the code, and join.

Quick Match (Use with Caution): If you don't have a code, "Quick Match" joins a random public room.This is generally not recommended due to the lack of communication andpotentially chaotic gameplay. Teamwork is important in Lost Castle 2.

Local Couch Co-op: Shared Screen Fun

Campfire Interaction: Interact with the campfire.

Local Multiplayer: Select "Local Multiplayer."

Join with Controller: Press the designated button on the second (or third, fourth) controller to join.

PC Setup: On PC, one player can use mouse and keyboard, while others use controllers.

AFK Mode: Temporary Leave

Inactive party members can use AFK mode (accessed via the pause menu). Thistemporarily removes them from the party, allowing the others tocontinue.

Important Note about AFK: AFK players do not earn rewards. Extended AFK can create imbalances within the team, asthe active players will gain experience, loot, and progress that the AFK player misses. Be mindful of this when using AFK mode.
