Once you have found the safe, open it and activate the cogitator on the console. Please note that you will need points in the Logic stat to activate these buttons. If your character lacks high levels of Logic, it's advisable to reserve one who does.

Step 2: Distribute Motion Supply

After activating the cogitator, the next step is to distribute motion supply. To do this, you need to unlatch the second damper located south of the locked safe. This can be done by interacting with the damper and following the prompts on the screen. Once the damper is unlatched, you need to locate another machine and distribute motion supply. This can be achieved by finding a machine southeast of the warehouse and activating it.

Step 3: Close a Relay and Unlock the Safe

Now that you have distributed motion supply, it's time to close a relay and unlock the safe. Head towards the north-eastern part of the warehouse and search for a relay near the sewer entrance. Once you have located the relay, interact with it to close it. Closing the relay is a crucial step in unlocking the safe. Once the relay is closed, you can proceed to open the previously locked safe.

Upon successfully unlocking the safe, you'll find a hand flamer and a stub-carbine as weapons. This combination will allow you to deal devastating damage to enemies in close quarters. Additionally, assign an operator character to wield and make use of the stub-carbine.
