The first step in obtaining stronger weapons is to locate the safe you wish to unlock within the Upperway warehouse. This can be done by exploring the area and finding the locked safe. Once you have found the safe, open it and activate the cogitator on the console. Please note that you will need points in the Logic stat to activate these buttons. If your character lacks high levels of Logic, it's advisable to reserve one who does.

Step 2: Distribute Motion Supply

After activating the cogitator, the next step is to distribute motion supply. To do this, you need to unlatch the second damper located south of the locked safe. This can be done by interacting with the damper and following the prompts on the screen. Once the damper is unlatched, you need to locate another machine and distribute motion supply. This can be achieved by finding a machine southeast of the warehouse and activating it.

Step 3: Close a Relay and Unlock the Safe
