Bunny Fluff is a common (brown rarity) material obtained by grooming Blushbunnies. It's described as "Fluff collected from grooming a Blushbunny, an animal found in grassy areas. Fabric made from these fur balls is as soft and fluffy as Hare Ears, a plant adored by Blushbunnies."Blushbunnies can be found in the following areas: Florawish, Breezy Meadow, Stoneville, Abandoned District, Wishing Woods, and Memorial Mountains.

Here's a breakdown of specific locations where you can find Blushbunnies and gather Bunny Fluff:
Dream Warehouse Tower & Secret Base: Fast travel to the Dream Warehouse Tower Warp Spire. Climb the mountain west to find Blushbunnies. Alternatively, from the Secret Base Waypoint, go north up the small hill, groom bunnies, and then proceed west and down to find more. Return to the Secret Base Waypoint, head east, and then run south. Stitch Street & Sanctum of the Observant: Go to Stitch Street and collect the materials east of the Warp Spire. Then, travel south and east from the In Front of the Sanctum of the Observant Warp Spire for more Bunny Fluff. Florawish Lane: Head south of the Florawish Lane Waypoint to find Blushbunnies. Bug Catcher's Cabin & Meadow Activity Support Center: Find two Blushbunnies south of the Bug Catcher's Cabin and more south of the Meadow Activity Support Center. The Leisurely Anglers & Lakeside Hill Lane: Teleport to The Leisurely Anglers Florawish Branch and go west for materials. Return to the same Warp Spire and head southeast. After crossing the river, proceed south; you should be near the Lakeside Hill Lane Waypoint. Flamecrest Stonetree & Village Fork: From Stoneville, travel to the Flamecrest Stonetree Waypoint and go east, then south, to find Blushbunnies. Then, go to Village Fork and run west, then north up the hill for more materials. Golden Fields Stonetree Top: In the Abandoned District, teleport to the Golden Fields Stonetree Top Warp Spire and collect nearby Bunny Fluff. Fly down west for more. Choo-Choo Station Repair Station & Stellar Fishing Ground Peak: There are materials east and west of the Choo-Choo Station Repair Station Warp Spire. Teleport to the Stellar Fishing Ground Peak, groom the nearby Blushbunnies, and then fly down west for more. Old Florawish Memorial: Travel to Beside the Statue in the Old Florawish Memorial and proceed east. Wishing Woods (Multiple Locations): In the Wishing Woods, Bunny Fluff is scattered near various Warp Spires. Start at the Workshop Waterwheel, Farm Entrance, and Grand Tree Shoal Waypoints. Wishing Woods (Continued): Next, look near the In Front of the Wish Inspection Center and the Swordsmith Ruins Entrance Warp Spires. Finally, fast travel to the Ascetic Camp and go east, then southwest. Remember to be gentle when grooming the Blushbunnies!
