The key to the VaticanA small room beneath the Excavation site holds the key to the Vatican.
Head to the dig site and jump down into it. Once you've reached the bottom, head through the hole in the wall directly behind you. Move down the hall and right down the stairs. Continue down the path until you come to the room with a large hole in the floor.
Swim forward and slide through the inviting entrance. Follow this way to the large room. Go through an opening in the wall. When you reach a platform, go carefully through the gap in the wall. Go through the left-hand door and go to the far side of the room where is the open doorway.
Follow the path down until you reach a series of wooden boards that will lower you down. Head through the narrow passageway on the right-hand side into the area. Jump into the water and swim towards the wall, keeping the marker in view. Swim around underwater, looking for a hole in the wall that is facing the direction of the marker.
Move around and put on the rebreather. Move the wooden obstruction that is blocking your way and enter the room with the key.

The Gizeh key
Find the Gizeh key, which is not too far from the tomb of Khentkawes.
Head to the excavation site, near the location where you turned on the elevator during the Secret of the Queen Mother fieldwork. Pass the entrances with warning signs on them, then go up the stairs at the far right side of the room.
When you rise go through the first door left of you, and into the room where you see the water under you. Now dive and put on the rebreather. Go through the wide slot in the wall, and proceed through the narrow slit at right. To accomplish this you must move a log.
Through it you can see the Gizeh key waiting for you.
The key to Shanghai
The Shanghai key could very well be the simplest to locate among the trio.
Arrive at the site of the downed aircraft, and access the map once you’re near the small damaged bridge spanning the water. Pay attention to the marker's direction and move in that way. Dive into the water and shift the log that’s obstructing your way.
Once you swim through the narrow underwater passage, the key will be sitting on the ground.
After you've found all three keys, head back to Voss' camp in Sukhothai and place each of them in the box.
The reward is rather lowly-one ancient relic. This chest puzzle rewards a total of 430 adventure points when completed.
