Engaging with the Prayer Wheel sparks a vivid hallucination, catapulting Indiana Jones into a surreal dream sequence at Marshall College. To advance in this loop, immerse yourself in the campus environment and engage with every NPC and object you encounter. Your journey will lead you through various events and locations, where you'll discover three essential symbols required to unlock the Prayer Wheel puzzle.
- Symbol 1 (Heh-zam-eesh): Upon exiting your office, proceed through the first available door. Place the statues thoughtfully on the table. After completing this step, a symbol will emerge on the blackboard. Capture a photo of it.
- Symbol 2 (Gira 'ahn-matu): Engage with Nawal and step through the opening doorway. Pick up the phone, then raise the hat to discover a note featuring the second symbol.
- In the dream, gather the Roman numeral “X” and utilize it to unlock a particular door. Within these walls, the third symbol awaits your discovery. Capture a picture of it.
- Once you've gathered all three symbols, a thrilling dream sequence unfolds, propelling you into a heart-pounding chase. Your mission? Retrieve your hat and evade a blind giant, all to awaken and return to reality.
Cracking the Prayer Wheel puzzle
Upon returning to the Prayer Wheel, utilize the symbols you uncovered in your dream to properly align the discs. The Prayer Wheel features three intricately designed stone discs, each adorned with a variety of Adamic symbols. Align the symbols for “exodus,” “temple,” and “rebirth” precisely beneath the white line at the top of the wheel.
Complete the puzzle by following these steps:
- Turn the top disc to the right one time.
- Turn the center disc to the left two times.
- Turn the bottom disc to the left one time.
Once properly aligned, the discs will lower into the wheel’s base, unveiling the Golden Hook for you to collect. Armed with the Golden Hook, head back to Uncle Sunan to wrap up the Lost in the Past quest. Completing the treasure delivery concludes the fieldwork and grants the Lost in the Past achievement in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
