How to Open the Main Gate in Hogwarts Legacy - Ultimate Guide

Hogwarts Legacy is a role-playing video game set in the Harry Potter universe. Players take on the role of a wizard or witch and explore the castle grounds, completing quests, learning spells, and fighting magical creatures. The main gate is the entrance to the castle and must be opened before players can venture into the grounds. 

In order to open the main gate in Hogwarts Legacy, players must cast the spells Depulso and Accio on the rotator and golden handle, respectively. To do this, players must first locate the rotator and golden handle. Refer to the screenshots to follow the steps: cast Depulso on the rotator and Accio on the golden handle. 

The rotator is a large, circular structure located in front of the main gate. To cast Depulso on the rotator, players must approach the rotator and cast the spell with their wand. This will cause the gate to rise up, allowing access to the castle grounds.

Casting the spell Depulso is fairly easy. To cast the spell, players must hold their wand above their head, point it towards the rotator, and chant the incantation “Depulso”. Once the spell is cast, the rotator will move and the gate will rise up.

The golden handle is located on the side of the gate. To open the gate, players must cast the spell Accio on the handle. To do this, players must approach the handle and cast the spell with their wand. This will cause the gate to swing open, granting access to the castle grounds.

Casting the spell Accio is also fairly easy. To cast the spell, players must hold their wand above their head, point it towards the handle, and chant the incantation “Accio”. Once the spell is cast, the handle will move and the gate will swing open.

Once both spells are cast, the main gate will be opened and players will be able to enter the grounds of Hogwarts. This will allow them to explore the castle and complete their quests.
