The key to defeating Roquefort is to dodge his attacks and strike back when he's vulnerable. Roquefort has an array of attacks that can leave you in a sticky situation if you don't know how to handle him. Here's what you should do to beat Roquefort in Hi-Fi Rush:

• Dodge his Claw Attack: Roquefort will often lunge at you with claws. You can parry this attack, but it's best to dodge it.

• Evade his Dash Attack: Roquefort will also have a dash attack that's easily evaded. Make sure to dodge two to three times to keep your distance.

• Avoid his Tornadoes: Roquefort will whip up tornadoes with his tail. These cannot be parried and you must dodge them.

• Summon Peppermint: As you can tell, Roquefort will attack rapidly, so remember to summon Peppermint to do the heavy lifting.
