•  We will go to Free Roam without entering any building
• You have to wait for it to be between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. in the game
• Do not use a vehicle or boat because if we use them it will not be possible for the Phantom car to appear, after about 16 minutes it will arrive starting from the Free Roam login.
• During the same session another player has to be present to find him, this cannot happen alone.
• Then up to here we just have to walk until dark music is heard.
• While in a car we will get to visualize a Declase tornado that has its headlights on and it will be chasing us, while if we go on foot we will see it on fire with its bright red headlights and it will come aggressively in our direction.
• It should be noted that we can destroy it by shooting it or fulfilling the requirements of not must, being this ideal car for the Halloween event that gives a touch of greater interest to our fun.
