The first thing you have to do is look for the "Jobs" tab at the top left of the screen, which will allow you to access a list of all the tasks that a villager performs, along with the name of each villager on the left side.  At the bottom of each name you will see a number that corresponds to the priority of that task for a villager.

They are a total of five numbers in total and each one indicates something different:

  • 1: top priority
  • 2: high priority
  • 3: normal priority
  • 4: lowest priority
  • 5: lowest priority

You can remove the number entirely so that the villager does not do the task.

For a certain group of villagers to serve a specific job, the number they must have is the highest priority, that is, the number 1 in the job column. Villagers will follow the order of priority from left to right. But it is important that they do the tasks in order according to the priorities of each one.

That's all you have to know about assigning jobs to settlers in Going Medieval, we hope our guide has been as clear as possible, and you can assign the job that suits you best to each of your villagers.
