Specifically, you can find it in the northern part of the Entombed City Outskirts location, east of Sal Terrae, where you can get there using the landmark north of the Entombed City outskirts area and then moving northeast.
Start the puzzle and a Seelie will fly over some statues and you have to remember the sequence. At this point we recommend you remember that the Seelie will always fly towards the opposite statue, you will have to use a Cyro character to activate the statues in exactly the same sequence and when these are active you will find two ruin guards with whom you will have to finish and then go down to the cavern under the ice
