This Genshin Impact version 4.8 event is called Simulacra, where one of the challenging puzzles awaiting solution is rescuing the Toytanium Miners. This guide will walk you through the steps so that you can complete the intricate challenge and get your reward easily.
Prerequisites and Location
Before this puzzle can be attempted, players must first complete the "Summer of Myths and Legends: Once Upon a Star" questline and at least unlock the Broken Sea region in Simulacra. The puzzle itself is found on an island floating in Broken Sea; teleport using the waypoint nearby and then glide down to reach this island.
How to solve the Trapped Toytanium Miner puzzle in Genshin Impact?
- Gather Equipment: First, take the bomb located quite a distance from the entrance to the puzzle. It will prove to be a very useful explosive for an easy route.
- Make Way: Bomb your way forward by detonating the gathered bomb on Toytanium blocks which block your way forward. This will give you a new path to travel in the maze.
- Find the Miners: Step into the newly made passage and find the Toytanium miners in a precarious situation.
- Find More Gadgets: Further in the maze, you will encounter another Toytanium block and another bomb. You'll need these for the solution to the next part.
- Open Up Another Passageway: You should use this second bomb on the other Toytanium block to open up a secret room.
- Use the Flower's Power: Using the hole you have just opened, you will now see a flower toy that you can play with to possess it.
- Wind On: As the flower toy, make your way to the Treasure Hunter and survey the hole in the area. Place the flower in its intended position to trigger an exceptionally strong gale.
- Free the Miners and Claim Your Reward: The generated wind will free trapped miners. When it's all safe, there will be a valuable chest containing Primogems and other in-game rewards that will be shown. Open the chest to collect your well-deserved loot.
