In a recent interview, Kazunori Kadoi, director of Resident Evil 2 Remake (RE2 Remake) and Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, the producer of the same, declared the possible evaluation of generating downloadable content for the game, which will be released this Friday on the PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms. The producers of the title have not confirmed anything about it at the moment, but they do not rule out the possibility.


Kazunori and Yoshiaki not commented aspects about expanding RE 2, however did stress upon how committed they are to the project and their desire to offer new and explusivo content for your gamers before starting future projects.

Capcom has been the center of attention of specialized media from around the world, taking into account that there is less and less for the release of RE 2 Remake, and interviews have become a constant. For that reason the intentions of the Japanese company are well known, and the possibility that the return of RE 2 did not end only in the adventure lived on the album, but gave hope to the fans of receiving some type of additional content.





Although the original PS1 game already has some extras for downloads with reservations or different editions, they are limited to appearances for the characters and unlocking of weapons.

The remake covers the entire history of the original game, it also adds new locations and extra modes. In addition, its content will renew the original graphics will also reinvent and expand the gameplay, as well as the narrative, the design of scenarios and other various elements.
