Put your culinary skills into practice once and get ready to cook Mozzarella Stuffed Eggplants in Cooking Simulator, but first make sure you have the following ingredients for preparation:
350 grams of eggplant.
240 grams of yellow pepper
240 grams of red pepper
240 grams of green pepper
720 grams of tomato
fresh basil
80 grams of mozzarella.
Olive oil.
Black pepper.
Salt.
How to ccook Mozzarella Stuffed Eggplants in Cooking Simulator.
The first thing you will have to do is cut all the peppers in eighths and then select 4 pieces of 30 grams, then cut the eggplant by removing the top part that links the eggplant with the plant and then chop the eggplant lengthwise in half . Cut the mozzarella into slices of 10 grams each and place them all in a bowl to mix them with the 20 milliliters of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Again with the oven tray, cook inside the oven for 45 seconds, remove the mozzarella and again leave the aubergines and peppers cooking for 45 seconds more.
To mount the plate use a large plate and place the eggplant on it and on the aubergines you can place several slices of mozzarella and some peppers. To decorate you can use some fresh basil leaves, or a Caprese.
To give the final touch, pour the sauce over a bowl and serve along with the main course. Oh and good appetite.
