How to download the Commander Lilith DLC for free?

You must own Borderlands 2 or Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. However, if you are not the owner of the title, you can buy the game on the official Borderlands 2 website.

The DLC Commander Lilith from Borderlands 2 is available only on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.

Download and install the DLC from the official website of Commander Lilith & The Fight for Sanctuary for free with just click on the link 'Claim your copy here' and choose your platform by following the steps.

Obtain a Vault Hunter that has at least Level 30 to access the new DLC. When you get it you can use any quick travel point to be teletransporded to the location of Fight for Sanctuary.
