The first thing you have to do to get to Dragon Ball Adventure Island, is to head up to the Dragon Ball themed Creative Islands, where you can find the Dragon Ball Adventure Island. So join either a public or private game, keeping in mind that in the public ones there will be other players and you can generate some lag.
When you get to the island, you will have to get the Capsule Corps capsules you find, there are some on the ground, while others float in the air.
With the Nebula Cloud you will be able to jump and fly to the floating clouds above, which will allow you to reach the floating capsules.
When you have all the capsules you can go to the area to face other players.
