To make life easier, here's a quick placement and the first steps you'll want to take.
How To Place Stark Power Dampeners at The Raft in Fortnite
In order to easily complete this challenge, the previous Story Quests should have been completed and unlocked. For the previous story challenges, refer to our guides below, and follow them if you have not yet completed them. In this specific story challenge, the player is required to travel to The Raft, which is one of the most popular prisons in Marvel Comics. This, however, always tends to be a very active area in the game. Most of the players love to drop at this place during the initial stages of the game. It has tagged headquarters for Boss Emma Frost and gives the players an extremely rewarding medallion for location pinging and rare treasures. This is recommended to be tried when the number of players around has left The Raft because of the large number of players.
Arrive near the prison to scavenge and prepare for your unlikely battles on the way to dominator of The Raft Challenge, probably around Grim Gate or Restored Reels. Upon landing at The Raft, you'll notice the unique markings dotted across the map that show where the various Power Dampeners are located. In the image below, the first dampener is right next to the birthday cake from the Fortnite Birthday Medallion quests, so you can be sure of its location. Beyond that mark, a second Dampener is far beneath the rocky face of The Raft and more obscure because it is not in the prison as the first one was. Coming from this area, you should be able to see one of the first Dampeners. You'll head to the marked area on the map, then interact with it to spawn the Dampeners. The last of the Stark Power Dampeners is located in the west corner of The Raft.
This first Dampener shown was the only one inside the prison proper; this third one is at the very edge of the outer perimeter, and thus very unobtrusive.
This image has a Dampener silhouette in the middle, but it's covered by the notification of the "storm eye shrinking" because, quite frankly, this was literally the only time in which it was considered safe to get into this area. Interacting with this third power suppressor will complete another story quest in Fortnite's Absolute Doom Season.
