How To Get the Violet Access Card in Edge of Sanity
As you try to ensure your ragtag band of survivors makes it through, you may stumble upon a PRISM research facility. In this video game entitled Edge of Sanity, you find yourself in the middle of a three-switch enigma, accompanied by an entrance that has been sealed and opens only with a Violet Access Card.
Okay, to obtain that access card, you'll have to hit a few switches. First, they need all three switches up, toward the ceiling. Flip the first switch down, then the second one down. Leave the third one up. If this has been done right, the room will fill with deep shade of violet.
- Turn the switch far left and bath the room in a sea of blue.
- Turn the central lever and introduce an energetic splash of red.
- Leave the switch far right alone.
You won't feel any difference around you immediately. If you head straight forward to the door, however, you'll discover two new boxes ready to be looted. Inside the first one, wrapped in some sort of alien flora, is the Violet Access Card you need to continue further in Edge of Sanity. The second contains goodies as a nice reward.
But enter the next room with a bit of caution. You might notice that the grate is, well, broken. The two chests beside the blistered creatures are ripe for pillaging, but be prepared for the appearance of two squirming creepers called Alaskan Leeches. You'll want to have a rock or knife ready, as sneaking won't help you this time around.
When everything is done, you'll end up with a valuable collection of several supplies that will keep your camp alive another day.
