In Fortnite, you are on a quest in the Marvel storyline to explore the map, collect intelligence for Hope, and fight against various foes to thwart one or another villainous plan of Doctor Doom. One of your objectives will be to find a Forecast Tower, but you won't get any clues showing you the right direction. Instead, you will just have to wait until a couple of storm circles have passed.

How to find Forecast Towers in Fortnite

Forecast Towers will pop up across your Fortnite map before the third storm circle is revealed. You'll see them on your map, represented by satellite dish symbols, marking where they exactly are.

Because the rotation occurs, the structures change with each rotation. In your game, some are going to be active in their respective positions while others won't. What this really means is that even though you might camp near a watchtower, it may not be active, and you'll have to walk to find another one.

How to Use Forecast Towers

As you approach an animated weather forecast tower, you will notice a large building adjacent to a very small one, which contains a terminal with the control center. For now, this door is impassable through the terminal, without an access key. Well, it's time to take matters into our own hands, and make things a little personal with the bad guys.

Special mention: you'll have to get past those Latverian minions patrolling the weather tower. They either pop out just outside of the tower, or patrol around it; whichever, they're marked out by the usual face icon in your map display. While they're low on health points, they can dish out quite a bit of damage if you stay in their company for too long.

Defeating one drops the Forecast Tower Access Card, which you need to insert into the terminal to activate the forecast tower and finish your narrative missions and some of your weeklies.
