How to Hit Hero Practice Targets in Fortnite

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3: Super offers players a rich narrative experience through its two main questlines: Story Quests and Supernova Academy Quests. Completing these not only allows players to delve deeper into the Fortnite SUPER lore but also provides valuable XP.Among the second set of Supernova Academy Quests released are the Morgan Myst Investigates! Quests. These tasks require players to visit hero training outposts across the map and test their aiming skills on specialized hero practice targets. This guide will pinpoint the locations of these targets and explain how to successfully hit them.

Hero Practice Target Locations in Fortnite

There are four specific hero outpost training locations where you can find these practice targets:

Hill overlooking Utopia City: Look for a prominent hill that provides a vantage point over Utopia City. The targets will be set up there.

River west of Resistance Base: Head to the river situated to the west of the Resistance Base. The targets will be positioned along the riverbank or nearby.

South of Foxy Floodgate: Travel to the area directly south of Foxy Floodgate. The targets will be in this vicinity.

On a hill by the geysers southeast of Pumped Power and north of Shining Span: Locate the geysers in this area, and you'll find a hill nearby with the practice targets.

Near Supernova Academy's south entrance: This is a key location. Check the area close to the southern entrance of Supernova Academy.

How to Hit Hero Practice Targets in Fortnite

To successfully complete this quest, you can use any weapon to hit the hero practice targets. The process involves:

Spin the Target: Aim at a target (either on the left or the right) and shoot it to make it spin.

Move to the Next: Once a target spins, proceed to another of the specified locations.

Hit Remaining Targets: Continue hitting targets at different outposts until you've hit a total of three. You only need to hit one target at each of three differentlocations.

Important Note on Glitches:

Many players have reported difficulties completing this quest due to recurring glitches. These issues include:

• Targets not spinning: Players may shoot a target, but it fails to register the hit by spinning.
• Targets not spawning: In some instances, the hero practice targets may not appear at their designated locations at all.

Epic Games is generally swift in addressing bugs. It is expected that thisquest will be fixed in a future update, or potentially auto-completedfor players who have been unable to finish it due to these technicalissues. If you encounter these glitches, try restarting your game orattempting the quest in a different match.
