The Hammerhead Choppa is a versatile air vehicle that allows you and your squad to gain a tactical advantage in Fortnite. It's perfect for quickly traversing the island and providing an aerial platform for your teammates to attack from. Here is a guide on where to find it and how to use it effectively.

Hammerhead Choppa Locations

The Hammerhead Choppa is a guaranteed spawn at five locations on the Fortnite map, all of which are O.X.R. bases.

O.X.R. HQ: This location has two guaranteed Hammerhead Choppa spawns.
Outpost Enclave
Supernova Academy
Outpost north of Canyon Crossing
Outpost west of Kappa Kappa Factory

How to Use the Hammerhead Choppa

The Hammerhead Choppa can carry a total of five players: one in the pilot's seat and four as passengers. While the vehicle doesn't have a weapon of its own, the passengers can use their weapons to shoot from the air.

Hovering: A unique feature of the Hammerhead Choppa is its ability to hover for about 15 seconds after the pilot exits the seat. This allows solo players to switch seats and fire on opponents from above without the vehicle immediately crashing.
Durability: The Choppa has a durability of 1,620, allowing it to withstand a fair amount of enemy fire before being destroyed.
Fuel: Be mindful of fuel consumption, as it uses more fuel when boosting. If you run out of fuel mid-flight, the Choppa will crash and explode. You can refuel at gas stations and vehicle pads found at locations like Burd to Go, O.X.R. HQ, and Outposts.
