This is one of the many challenges that you will be able to find in the game with the arrival of the Dragon Ball update. This is one of the racing challenges, in which you will be able to test how fast you can run. The problem is that it can be a bit confusing to complete this challenge, as the game doesn't tell you much about where you need to go to achieve it.

Here you will be able to find a glowing blue clock that you will need to interact with to see the location of the other seven clocks that you will need to find in order to complete the challenge.
The first clock is located under the zipline to the right of the rock structure and the others are located around the mountain to the east, relatively close to each other.
When you find all the clocks, your power level should increase by an additional four million, bringing you closer to Dragon Ball Power Unleashed.
