You will need to complete additional missions to additional cosmetic customization options specifically for these skins. In Groot's case, you will have to find out where to plant a seed like Groot and thus complete the mission, so in this Guide we will teach you how to do it.
The heart-shaped island can be found in the A4 grid reference, just southwest of Sweaty Sands. It's just off the west coast of the main Battle Royale island, and it's close to other little rocks and islands.
Once you are on the island walk to the center of the island to find a patch of land. When you're next to this, press and hold the "Interact" button that appears on the screen to plant a seed like Groot.
