Our challenge here is focused on getting collected items and this implies that they can be quite effective as healing elements, although it is likely that some of these we can get from Noms, the important thing is to consider that here it is vital to reinforce our shield and therefore our health. Some items are consumables that allow us to improve our health and these are particularly fruits and vegetables that we can collect, store and consume, we can collect an amount of up to 15 items.

They give us 10 health and it is not possible to consume them when we have health or shield at 100, these are located in:
