The second night of Five Nights at Freddy's: Into the Pit is a huge difficulty increase. The player is put into a challenging environment where complex, mind-confusing puzzles and heart-pumping chases require fast acting reflexes. Along with rising fear, the urge to explore the Pizzeria is also utmost important for which a player has to vigorously search for important items that have been placed in dark corners. These objects are not only collectibles but very often become crucial tools of survival, which in return adds another level to the challenge and strategy of gameplay.
FNAF Into the Pit Night: How to Complete Night 2
It's time to leave Oswald's House again to go back to the Pizzeria. You have access to the front door, basement, and attic to escape. The methods of escape are the same as the previous time.
Once you time-travel back into the past using the Ball Pit, the power will go out. Use your Flashlight to find your way through the darkened Pizzeria to the backstage fuse box. Restore the power and prepare for the terrifying encounter of Spring Bonnie.
Now you are searching for a crying child somewhere in the Pizzeria. Most doors are locked, but you can get around nonetheless. Go to the Entrance, and with the Screwdriver, open the vent, then crawl inside. There's actually also a Token inside here that may be useful to hide under. On top of that, the vent goes through to Storage, where you'll find something more important: a Photo of Oswald.
Back through the vent to the Entrance, into the Dining Area and into the Kitchen where Chica lurks. She will steal your Lunch Bag, so go back into the Ball Pit and return to the present, then have some pizza from Jeff to distract her.
While you are in the present, do not forget to pick up the Space-Age Speakers in the Arcade, and the Control Panel in the Party Hallway. You will also need the Electron Gun from Storage so that you can fix the Arcade games.
You're going to have to create a diversion if you want pizza for free. Firstly, obtain the Rat Trap from The Mill. Use this on the large rat in the Party Hallway and then take the trapped rat to Jeff's Pizzeria to let him out near the woman on the phone to create a diversion. Slip into the Kitchen and take a Slice of Pizza. Be sure to rummage through the sink on your way out for a Battery.
Lure out the bird
You begin with the Slice of Pizza in your hands. Hop into the Ball Pit, and you will be instantly teleported back to 1985. You end up in the Party Hallway, the same place where you first encountered Chica. Be prepared for the lights to cut out abruptly the moment you enter.
Undeterred, turn on the Flashlight and head left. On your left you will have an empty box. Place the Pizza inside it to lure Chica out of the Kitchen. Now you have a great chance to go into the Kitchen while she is distracted and start looking for the missing child.
The Kitchen is dark, so it may be very hard to notice a valuable Token lying on the floor. With the Token in your possession, focus on the cabinet to the right side of the room. Inside, you will find the child.
With the child now led to safety, your attention turns back to the Entrance. A previously locked southern door leading to the Dining Area is now accessible. However, proceed with caution. Entering the Dining Area will enrage Chica, activating an ear-splitting alarm that will unavoidably attract the fearsome Spring Bonnie to your whereabouts. To survive, find a hidden area and wait until the immediate threat has subsided. Before you leave the Dining Area, search again for another Token that will be found under Chica.
All key items
Where it all began ends, but also begins a dangerous and tense escape sequence. Make sure to collect the following key items before you play out this last chapter:
- Oswald: A relic from years gone by, in 1985's storage room.
- Electron Gun: Modern device, crucial to survival. In the storage room, today.
- Space-Age Speakers: Rather nostalgic device from the more festive arcade of today.
- Control Panel: Crucial part in the spooky party hallway of today.
- Battery: The power source for your actions in the familiar kitchen of today.
- Tokens: These are the keys from long ago to the present, scattered in every nook and cranny of the 1985 pizzeria one placed in the entranceway, another in the kitchen, and finally, one inside the dining area.
Be warned, for there lurks Spring Bonnie within the shadows, patrolling the entrance. When you first come in, it will be a frantic button-mashing minigame. If you can beat this beast of an opponent, you shall receive your final token, vital to your survival. You now have the token in hand and can quickly retreat back to the ball pit of safety and eventually find your way home. At the end of the night, be sure to mentally prepare yourself for the greater horrors of Night 3.
