To claim your first Stamina Kit, venture into the Antar Dunes and head towards the ruins situated to the left of the Naam camp. Immediately upon entering the biome, you can embark on this quest. This particular kit is perched atop the ruins, requiring a bit of climbing to reach.
To ascend the ruins, equip your shield to safely traverse the treacherous red spikes. Navigate the ruins by turning right and then left, leading you to the upper section.
