How to Use Photo Mode in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024?
In your airplane, you have a huge number of systems under your control. These will change, as you add assists. If you want to play the game on a console, you'll need to assign the various actions to specific buttons. These are the buttons and sliders for the Photo Mode in the PC and console games.

PC:
- Toggle Photo Mode: Shift + V
- Toggle Auto Exposure: 2
- Toggle Auto Focus: 1
- Exposure Decrease: G
- Exposure Increase: T
- Focus Decrease: F
- Focus Increase: R
- Take Picture: Space
Xbox:
- Toggle Photo Mode: LB + RB
- Photo Mode Off: B
- Take Picture: A
- Toggle Auto Focus: X + Down on D-Pad
- Exposure Decrease: X + LB
- Exposure Increase: X + RB
- Focus Decrease: X + LT
- Focus Increase: X + RT
Picture Mode: How to Enable It
Once airborne, you can activate Photo Mode anytime. Pressing LB + RB on Xbox and SHIFT + V on PC will pull up the shortcut. You can now take pictures of the aircraft once it becomes in a frozen position. The challenge in the World Photographer is to meet certain parameters for a perfect 3-star photo.
You can also use Toggle Pause on the PC with the ESC key. On Xbox, you'll use LB + Y. Press this to start the simulation and start capturing images with your flying jet. Remember that even in Photo mode, you can still crash, so be careful.
Photo Album View Locations
Head to your profile using the button on your right-hand side. This will be done by pressing R3 on the console version or clicking on PC. This album shows all the images you've taken so far, along with details such as the exact moment and place. You can delete any photographs you do not want.
