To find this location you will need to head to The Mire region of Appalachia, in the northwest corner of the map, with dark green soil. The lake will be northeast of Ella Ames' Bunker and Dolly Sods Wilderness, south of Southhampton Estate.

The pond is quite small, but if you head south from the main pond and go down the hill, you'll find a cabin, where you can use Tinker's Workbench. You'll also be able to find Brain Mushrooms and Glow Mushrooms, Vodka and other items.

On the west side of Gulper Lagoon, you will find a crashed rocket, where you can find some items.
