On the mountaintops side of the Grand Lift, you'll need to head north and east around the mountain > you'll need to cross a large bridge and go through the Zamor Ruins, then climb up and around the cliff. Proceed east, then south past the Guardian's Garrison.
At one point on this path you will find a chain bridge crossing. You will be able to see the Church of Rest on the southwestern edge of the path of great corpses. When you are near Okina you can invade with Rivers of Blood equipped, to finish off whoever approaches the church. This will allow you to get the katana.
