Upon arrival you will have to go to the central section where the lake is and from the south side, you will have to walk west along the rock wall to the opening in the mountain, which corresponds to the crystal cave. But before accessing you will have to make sure to recover your health in a nearby Site of Grace, since you will meet several enemies.
