The second way facing the dungeons that are in the northern part of Liurnia and that will take you to the plateau.

Upon reaching the plateau, you will need to head east to the outer wall of the capital city. Head north along the outer wall to find the Rampartside Path grace site > then head west along the path to the Holy Hero's Tomb dungeon > head south of the dungeon to find some sheep and a dung beetle , which you will need to remove to get the Ashes of War.
