But pulling the lever on the same floor as the Rampart Tower's Place of Grace will display the message "The contraption doesn't move", but making it move isn't that easy. That is why below we will tell you how to turn on the elevator of the Rampart Tower in the Stormveil Castle.
Proceed to the parapet stairs where the third Warhawk came from > jump to the westernmost point of the parapet wall > then you will need to drop off the wall to the ledge below and proceed along the ledge to the north > drop onto the ledge narrow that is along the wall of the castle itself. Make your way along this ledge until you drop into the ruined tower below at the end.
Here you will find a corpse that you must loot to get a damaged wooden shield. Then you'll need to fall a few more times, then head south along the wall > head to the edge of the cliff and look down for the rocky outcrop below that you'll need to fall onto. The outcrop will drop you down a path onto some green foliage, where you won't get hurt.
Keep going south until you reach the narrow rocky ledge and head towards the narrowest part. In the archway to the right, you should find a knight you can duel against, but it's best to just walk past him. Go through the archway and up the ruined stairs > turn left to access the tower and stand on the button in the center of the Rampart Elevator to activate it.
