Here you will have to finish Loretta, Knight of Haligtree, who will be near Elphael. You will be able to reach this site from Haligtree of Miquella, after having unlocked the Great Elevator of Rold.
To find the treasure chest, you will have to start from the Prayer Room Grace Site > go down the stairs to the two guards > jump the railing in the direction of the brace, in front of the gazebo and you will find a room next to the gazebo. Here you will find the chest containing the Cleanrot Knight Finlay Spirit Ash.
You should note that its use will consume up to 127 FP, but it can use magic and melee attacks.
