The first thing you need to do is head to Stormveil Castle, to do this you will need to finish Margit and head to the stairs > advance through the castle until you reach the Sit of Grace from the Lift Chamber. You can jump across the ceilings from the Sit of Grace of the Rampart Tower to the courtyard below, in order to reach this place.

Once in the elevator side chamber, you'll need to head towards the door and turn right to find an area with a body slumped on a ledge > jump off the ledge if you have Crimson Flasks to avoid fall damage and move forward until you reach the foggy area below.

Keep going until the screen starts to shake, at this you will see an ulcerated tree spirit and behind it you will find a root shaped like a face, and here will be the Prince of Death's Pustule.
