Elden Ring: How to get the Mantis Blade - Ultimate Guide

This is one of the most interesting curved swords in Lands Between, it has a hidden feature that unlocks when you perform strong attacks with it. These attacks will cause it to open and double in length before you attack with it. The sword features the Spinning Slash weapon art, with which you can perform spinning attacks and hit multiple enemies at once. This weapon can be found on Mt. Gelmir, on the western side of Altus Plateau. To access Altus Plateau, you will have to get the two halves of the Dectus Medallion in Fort Haight and Fort Faroth. This medallion will allow you to use the Great Dectus Elevator, north of Liurnia. Another way to reach the Altus Plateau is to go through the dungeon that connects northern Liurnia to the plateau. When you reach the plateau, you will have to cross the area and climb Mt. Gelmir.
Already on Mt. Gelmir, you will find the dungeon of Gelmir's hero's tomb. Here you will have to venture along the sloping paths, while dodging the cart with the niches in the walls. Keep moving forward until you reach a destroyed section of the floor below a staircase, from which you will have to continue advancing in the dungeon.
At one point in the dungeon, you will have to head towards a dark corner to avoid the cart. Here you will find Cemetery Shade, an enemy that you will have to eliminate to obtain Mantis Blade.
