The first thing you have to do is go to Altus Plateau, north of Liurnia. The first way to get here is to use the two halves of the Dectus medallion from Fort Faroth and Fort Haight. This will allow you to use the Great Dectus Lift up to the plateau from north Liurnia. You could also enter the dungeon that connects the Liurnia ravine to the plateau. You choose which path to follow depending on your skill.

Once on the plateau, you will have to go east to the capital city > enter the outer wall and head northeast around the inner wall of the city > go down the hill by the wall and head under the bridge to find the Auriza Hero's Grave dungeon.
