In order to find this weapon you will have to find the painting of the champion's song, which you can find in the Shaded Castle, in Altus Plateau. To get to this location the first thing you have to do is head north through the ravine on the plateau. The castle is covered in poison, complicating the maneuvering process.

The painting is on a wooden platform near some skeletons in the northeast section of the castle.

When you finally get the painting, you'll need to head to the Rampartside Path Grace Site outside the western wall of the capital city on Altus Plateau > then head up the cliffs behind it, to find some tombstones sticking out of the cliff. You can still climb up the cliff by going around the hill.

Head to the cliff and carefully walk along the edge to find the spirit painter, who will disappear and leave the harp arch in its place.
