You can do this after reaching Volcano Manor, or you can use the Abductor Virgin in the basement of Raya Lucaria Academy to get to the area early. When you are on the bridge, you will have to pick it up and go to the other side away from the Godskin Noble boss fight. Jump over the pothole on the bridge and then jump onto the big gear bridge that raises the chain. Then run and jump around the corner until you reach Volcano Manor.
