Step 1: Find Thiollier in Gravesite Plain

Start the quest by talking to Thiollier at the "Pillar Path Cross" grace site in Gravesite Plain.
Complete his dialogue completely.

Step 2: Deliver Black Syrup to Thiollier

Talk to Sir Moore at the "Main Gate Cross" grace site.
He will give you Black Syrup for Thiollier.
Return to Thiollier and deliver Black Syrup to him.

Step 3: Find Thiollier after the Great Rune breaks

Progress through the game until the Great Rune breaks.
Return to Thiollier and speak to him.
He will express his desire to meet Saint Trina.

Step 4: Defeat the Golden Hippo or head to the Cerulean Coast

You can choose between two options:
Defeat the Golden Hippo and then return to Thiollier to inform him that you are heading to the Cerulean Coast.

Step 5: Head to Stone Coffin Fissure

Interact with Saint Trina and drink her nectar (he will kill you).
Talk to Thiollier, who has also consumed nectar and cannot hear Saint Trina's words.

Step 8: Listen to Saint Trina's words and talk to Thiollier

Drink Saint Trina's nectar four times to start a one-sided conversation.
Keep drinking until you exhaust her dialogue.
She will ask you to kill Miquella and prevent her from becoming a god.
Inform Thiollier of Saint Trina's words.
Rest at a nearby site of grace.

Step 9: Defeat Thiollier in an Invasion

Thiollier will invade you after resting.
Defeat him to obtain the Talisman of St. Trina.

Step 10: Return to Thiollier and complete the quest

Go back to St. Trina's cave and interact with Thiollier twice.
