If you want to get a brother you can either wait until they approach you with an offer or ask them yourself. If you want to do it yourself you will have to access the map to talk. In order to access the option to become a Sworn Brother, you must have at least 100 Relationship with another character. The relationship rank will increase to S and you will be able to talk to them to become sworn brothers during a walkthrough.
You will be able to have up to three sworn brothers, but you must keep in mind that this cannot be reversed.
Sworn brothers will always be locked into the S rank relationship and will always want to fight you, they won't leave the realm you are in if you don't.
