The White Squirrel only appears:

• Day: Sunday
• Time: 10 AM to 4 PM (in-game time)

Previously, this critter spawned between 12 AM and 6 AM, but after the Dapper Delights update, its schedule was adjusted to a more player-friendly window. Still, since it only appears for six hours once a week, you’ll need to plan ahead to find it.
