Diablo 4: Get Corrosive Vapor in Season 9

You can acquire the Corrosive Vapor Infusion as a completion reward for the Season 9 Seasonal Quest titled "Bearing the Weight of Ghosts." This quest is a crucial part of the ongoing seasonal storyline.Here's a breakdown of the steps to obtain it:

Initiate the Quest: Continue progressing through the Season 9 main questline. You will eventually be directed to speak with Bryona in Cerrigar, who will give you the "Bearing the Weight of Ghosts" quest.

Find a Horadric Strongroom: Bryona will instruct you to find and clear a Horadric Strongroom. You will typically be provided with a Nightmare Sigil to help locate one within a Nightmare Dungeon.

Clear the Strongroom and Retrieve the Blood Relic: Enter the designated Horadric Strongroom. Your objective is to fight your way through the entire dungeon, defeat the enemies within, and successfully retrieve the Blood Relic. Horadric Strongrooms are time-based challenges within Nightmare Dungeons where you gain "Attunement" by defeating enemies and completing objectives, culminating in a boss fight.

Complete the Quest: Once you have acquired the Blood Relic, return to Bryona in Cerrigar and speak with her. This interaction will complete the "Bearing the Weight of Ghosts" quest.

Upgrading Corrosive Vapor:

You can further enhance the potency of Corrosive Vapor by upgrading it at the Horadric Spellcraft Menu using Horadric Phials.

• Ranks 2-4: Each upgrade from Rank 2 to Rank 4 costs 25 Horadric Phials.
• Ranks 5-10: Each upgrade from Rank 5 to Rank 10 costs 75 Horadric Phials.
• Rank 5 Special Effect: Upon reaching Rank 5, Corrosive Vapor gains an invaluable utility: it deactivates monster Vampiric effects for 8 seconds. This is a powerful counter to enemies with vampiric affixes, preventing them from healing and making challenging encounters much moremanageable.
