We welcome you to our guide on All Nahantu Stronghold Locations in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred in a specific and detailed way.
When Diablo 4 was first released, strongholds were among the more distinctive elements that were added. One distinctive feature of these mini-dungeons was the fact that they altered the terrain indefinitely upon completion. Following the defeat of all opponents, you will be rewarded with 100 Renown and access to more Waypoints, Sidequests, or Dungeons. In Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred, strongholds make a triumphant return, remaining faithful to their traditional form. We have located all three of the Strongholds that may be found across Nahantu.
In the far western corner of Seven Stones, you'll find Chakhir. Eliminating the scum and finding the power source for their poisonous magic is the goal of this Stronghold. In order to advance in this Stronghold, you need to locate and destroy every brewing cauldron.
Enemies known as Cauldron Keepers will guard certain cauldrons. When you kill them, the shield falls and the cauldron can be destroyed. Once you've eliminated the Befouled Briars, you'll be able to demolish the cauldrons you'll come across.
After you've taken care of each cauldron, make your way to the center and kill Darm. Keep your feet off the ground-appearing flowers; standing on them will cause them to explode, even though Darm is only a miniboss. The bosses Sinerat and Skerg will spawn if you enter the middle chamber and destroy the four Falo Blooms after Darm dies. Both bosses will need your attention simultaneously. Be wary of the ground-level explosions of flowers and the numerous fires that may break out. Go to the Wanderer's Shrine and talk to it once you've killed both bosses.
Completion of Chakhir rewards you with:
Adjacent to the northeastern side of the Teganze Plateau lies the second stronghold, Kichuk. In order to get this Stronghold, you'll need to defeat the Lacuni that have attacked Kichuk. Your primary goal, besides interacting with Lacuni, should be to liberate enchanted villagers from their shackles.
You will be accompanied by the rescued peasants as you make your way through the Stronghold. No additional benefits seem to be associated with keeping them alive, despite the fact that they have health bars.
Gather the survivors after you've saved the villages, and then fight against the onslaught of Lacuni. Going to the caves to stop additional raids on the hamlet is your next aim. In order to accomplish this, you must enter the cave and demolish the supporting pillars.
Be careful not to get caught in the appearing rings while you smash the pillars. You will take damage and be knocked down if you don't escape from them.
As you smash pillars, a bigger lacuni will charge at you. When you've hurt it enough, it'll run away. Hurry back to the cave entrance before the timer runs out after you've destroyed all the pillars. The falling rocks will begin to inflict heavy harm if you do not escape before then.
Go to the circle on your mini-map when you get back to the settlement. You can locate the Stronghold's boss in that location. When you've dealt Kirma enough damage, they'll undergo a transformation and become fully healthy again. Kirma will now periodically vanish and then resurface. That is about all for the interesting things that this boss does. Go to the shrine after you've killed the boss.
Benefits of finishing Kichuk:
Due to a few unique characteristics, the Festering Dark is slightly more complicated than the other two Nahantu Strongholds. You may find Festering Dark in Restless Canopy's southern half. There may be two doors, but until you finish the Stronghold, you can only enter through one of them.
A lantern will be laying on the ground as soon as you enter the Festering Dark. Also, if you happen to lose the lantern, you can activate several runes to make it respawn. Taking up the lantern makes you immune to attacks. In combat, pushing a button will cause the lantern to fall to the ground; you can retrieve it when you've finished battling. Carrying the lantern to several braziers around the Stronghold and lighting them is the objective here.
If you let go of the lantern, you are not obligated to remain in the light.
As soon as the brazier is lit, the lamp will begin to spin independently. Continue your search for additional braziers when you've followed it to a barrier it will demolish. Light more braziers and follow the lamp to unlock further portions of the Stronghold. Find another brazier if you're still unsure.
An enemy called Vesicator will appear if you've set fire to a sufficient number of braziers. It doesn't possess any attacks that are really harmful. Near the end of the game, you'll unlock a new region known as Gates of the Necropolis. When you ignite the brazier here, be prepared for a confrontation since Maleficium will appear soon after.
Keep an eye out for Maleficium's several attacks. First, there are the enormous red circles that show up on the floor. Lines seen on the battlefield are the second. Both of these assaults are very damaging, so you should avoid them. To harm a maleficium, you must expose it to light. With five lit braziers, you'll have plenty of room to maneuver.
Nevertheless, once Maleficium's health drops below 50%, it will destroy all braziers and gain full invulnerability. You must hasten to the light source and seek out a brazier that is free of evil energy. Turn it on and keep harming the boss until it's in the light. Use the shrine to empty the Stronghold after you've taken out Maleficium's remaining health.
After you finish the Festering Dark, you will receive:
