I. Acquiring Fugitive Heads:

Fugitive Heads are exclusively dropped by a specific enemy: the Fugitive Head Headrotten. These are rare, boss-level monsters that spawn during Headhunt events.
  • Headhunt Events: These events are the only source of Fugitive Head Headrottens. Keep an eye out for Headhunt events on your map.
  • Rarity: Fugitive Head Headrottens are rare spawns even within Headhunt events. Be prepared to participate in multiple events before encountering one.
  • Guaranteed Drop: Upon defeat, a Fugitive Head Headrotten is guaranteed to drop Fugitive Heads. This applies regardless of whether you or another player lands the final blow.

II. World Tier and Spawn Chance:


The spawn rate of Fugitive Head Headrottens is tied to your World Tier:

  • Torment I: 4% chance to spawn in Headhunt zones.
  • Torment II - III: +2% chance per World Tier level (6% and 8% respectively).
  • Torment IV: 10% chance to spawn in Headhunt zones (the maximum spawn chance).

Therefore, playing on higher Torment levels significantly increases your chances of finding Fugitive Head Headrottens.


III. Uses for Fugitive Heads:

Fugitive Heads are a key ingredient in crafting Occult Gems.
