How to summon the Blood Maiden in Diablo 4 PTR

This is a task that is part of the Helltides event, to summon the maiden we will access it through the recently added Accursed Rituals locations. We must obtain 3 Baneful Hearts and to do this we will open chests of Tortured Gifts and then deposit them in the location designated for the Cursed Ritual (which is on the map, we must avoid depositing the Baneful Hearts because it will cause an ambush by a wave of enemies. By surviving the attack and Blood Maiden appears, initiating a challenging boss fight, the official Blizzard blog promises "great rewards" for those of us who emerge victorious.

It is important to keep in mind that Baneful Hearts will send an alert to other players in the same subzone, it is very likely that other players will come to our aid. Now, the process of obtaining Baneful Hearts is not as easy as opening tortured gift chests, in this case, we must open a chest that requires 75 aberrant ashes, which can be obtained by defeating the enemies scattered around the Helltide event. The amount of aberrant ashes received per enemy varies depending on the type of enemy and the difficulty, which means that we must take care to work hard enough.
