The first step is to locate the Esi Terminal. This is located in the Tower Hangar, which is the main area of the Tower. You can access this area by taking the left hallway from the Traveler's Walk and then taking a right.

Once you're inside the Hangar, take a left where you’ll find a group of Cabal gathered outside. Make sure to clear the area before proceeding.

Now, you'll want to make your way to the small restaurant on the right-hand side of the Hangar. Interact with the sink located there, and you'll find the Action Figure waiting for you.

It's important to note that the Action Figure is a rare collectible, and will only appear at this location once. If you miss it, you won't be able to find it again.

You'll need to have a good aim in order to collect the Action Figure, so make sure to take your time and aim carefully. Once you've collected it, the Action Figure will be stored in your inventory.

Challenge


The Action Figure can be found in the Esi Terminal, located in the European Dead Zone. To reach the Esi Terminal, you’ll need to activate a few nodes. To activate them, drop down the nearby cliffs and head to the bottom.

 Once there, you’ll find several Cherry nodes scattered around. Activate the Cherry nodes by shooting them with your weapons. Once you’ve activated them all, you’ll be able to access the Esi Terminal. Once inside, you’ll find the Action Figure waiting for you. However, a Cabal unit is also on your trail. 

Defeat it to claim your prize. Make sure to stock up on ammo and supplies before going in, as the Cabal unit is a formidable foe. Once you’ve defeated the Cabal unit, you’ll be able to take the Action Figure back with you. Congratulations! You now have the Action Figure in your possession. With it, you can now access a variety of special locations. You may also encounter some helpful allies who have been hiding inside these locations.
