One of them is the strange Balance of Power leg armor, intended for hunters on the coast. For Guardians who like to use the Threaded Spectre build in both PvP and PvE, this is an exotic item they should definitely add to their arsenal. And if you're interested in this, don't worry because we've got you covered.
Unlike most exotics, the Balance of Power doesn't decrease on the realms of Legends and Lost Champions. Instead, in the case of Master Rahul, you'll just have to rely on luck. By delivering the strange engravings to Master Rahul, who by the way now has a reputation level, you'll have a chance to unlock this strange leg armor in the game. Guardians can also use Exotic Focus lures on Rahul if they allow access. To do so, they must reach their reputation cap and then reset it. This process will give you access to several items in exchange for the exotic engram and exotic cipher.
