How to Find a Flickering Blessing Mod in Destiny 2?

Only in Pale Heart can you receive the power called Traveler's Blessing, which grants you many possible abilities. Kill with Void skills and weapons that expel Void energy to seek out your enemies. You may have the ability to glide and cause scorching heat wherever you go. These abilities are tied to Shining Blessings, which can only be found in Pale Heart. You can get instant blessings by opening chests anywhere in Pale Heart. They include standard chests, public event chests, powerful enemy chests, and Subversion campaign rewards. But not all chests are created equal!

Based on my own testing, one in seven standard random chests contains the Destiny mod, also known as Sparkling Blessing. However, Overthrow events are more likely to trigger Sparkling Blessings. Completing all overthrow levels and defeating the big boss can give you two Shining Blessings, as well as Shining Seeds that you can plant to create a Pale Blue Blessing.

While Overthrow events are the best way to quickly obtain Lightning's Favor, especially Overthrow events that only require you to kill two waves of enemies and then a mini-boss, random chests are a good way to find them passively. Equip your ghost with the Wombo Detector and you'll quickly find that there are plenty of chests in an area. Barrels can also be a good way to increase your kill rate. After receiving Blinking Blessing, you'll be able to access Traveler's Blessings from the Blade Heart card. Here you can choose any unlocked gift that will last for 26 hours whether you use it or not. Click on the boon you want to use to activate it.

Traveler's Courage: Defeating a warrior may generate a random elemental item or orb of power.
Tourist's Enthusiasm: Dash casts a trail of burning fire after a short dash, damaging and burning targets in its path.
Tourist Shuttle: Short jogs will allow you to power up your abilities. When empowered, melee damage will create bolts of lightning that damage nearby enemies.
Tourist's Diffraction: Defeating warriors by dealing Void damage may cause Void Seekers to track nearby targets and suppress them.
Ascension of the Traveler: Quickly defeating an enemy with a static weapon will create a static mine that damages and freezes nearby enemies.
Tourist Distribution: Defeating enemies using any source of damage on the edges will cause threads to appear. Defeating powerful warriors will cause more stories to appear.
The Finisher: Traveler's Multiplicity turns the next grenade thrown into an additional frag grenade.
Lots of Tourists: Defeating soldiers with grenades will give you a chance to receive special ammo. Defeating warriors with your ultimate will give you a chance to get heavy ammo.

Faded Blessings in Destiny 2

To obtain Blade Blessing, you must complete all four levels of the Overthrow event in a specific area and defeat the enemy boss that appears. Doing so will grant you the Lucent Seed, which you can then plant in various hands scattered around the area. Interact with the growing tree to receive a Pale Blessing.

Traveler's Vision: Interacting with the Traveler's Flower will grant you a temporary buff that speeds up ultimate recovery.
Traveler's Aspect: Interacting with the Traveler's Flower will grant you a temporary buff that increases the regeneration rate of class skills.
Traveler's Aegis: Interacting with the Traveler's Flower will grant you the temporary buff it provides.
Traveler's Resources: Interacting with the Traveler's Flower will grant you a temporary buff that provides a large regeneration shield.
Traveler's Rebirth: Interacting with the Traveler's Flower will grant you a temporary buff that speeds up your health regeneration.
Traveler's Courage: Interacting with the Traveler's Blossom grants you a temporary buff that increases your grenade regeneration speed.
Traveler's Grace: Interacting with the Traveler's Blossom grants a temporary buff that increases your melee healing.
