• Earn Iron Banner Engrams: As you complete matches (win or lose), you'll earn Iron Banner Reputation with Lord Saladin. Ranking up through these reputation levels will grant you Iron Banner Engrams.
• Redeem Engrams at Lord Saladin: Visit Lord Saladin in the Tower to redeem your earned Engrams.
• The Catch - First Drop Requirement: Here's the crucial detail: you cannot focus Iron Banner Engrams for Tinasha's Mastery unless you've had the weapon drop randomly for you at least once during an Iron Banner match completion. Until that initial random drop occurs, your Engrams won't help with targeted farming for specific rolls.
• Best Strategy: Your most effective strategy is to keep playing Iron Banner matches (winning or losing) until Tinasha's Mastery drops as an end-of-match reward. Once you've acquired it once, you can then start using your accumulated Iron Banner Engrams to focus for specific perk rolls at Lord Saladin. Don't forget to equip Iron Banner armor, weapons, and emblems, and complete daily challenges to boost your reputation gains!
